Cancellation & Refund Policy
We follow a simple no cancellation policy.
In the event of any emergency, your bookings can be cancelled upto 24 hours prior to your appointment by calling us on 8296782066 – Only a 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
In the event of not turning up at the store for the appointment we can accommodate you for the next available slot within the next 3 working days, if you do not avail of the confirmed service even then and also not informed us via e-mail- firstname.lastname@example.org, the complete amount paid will be forfeited.
Additional non-returnable items:
Once your order is cancelled, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
